We’re looking forward to opening registration for the 2025 Retreat on March 14, 2025.
This year Chogtrul Gyangkhang Rinpoche will serve as retreat master. Chogtrul Mugsang Kuchen Rinpoche will also pay us a visit towards the end of retreat. We will also be blessed to welcome back Khenchen Tsewang Gyatso Rinpoche, one of the three seniormost khenpos from Namdroling Monastery. Khenpo Kunsang Dechen Rinpoche will continue to grant teachings. New to the retreat is Khenpo Jigmey Kalsang Rinpoche, who is also known as Khenpo Apchung Rinpoche. Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche will also continue to give profound teachings for the retreat.
Our expected schedule is as follows. We are expecting to have our retreat picnic the weekend of August 2 and 3. The final test for class is August 9 and our Mandala Offering ceremony will be held on August 10. Nyungne, the fasting and purification retreat, must start on Thursday, July 4 and end the day before arrivals for the main retreat.
