Description: The first month of Trekchö entails meditation with object. The second month (sixth year of retreat) focuses on meditation without object.
Prerequisites: Students who have completed Ngondro, Tsa Lung, both Thogal courses and the 5th year, and ahve engaged in the practices at retreat, may apply to attend.
Class Master: Khenpo Kunsang Dechen Rinpoche will grant the teachings.
Class Umze: In 2023, Khenpo Sangay Dorje led the class. Our class umzes and instructors will be selected at the time of retreat, so this may subject to change in 2024
