Registration Form

Please list your planned arrival and departure dates on your registration form.

If your plans change, please contact the retreat office.

Changes to Arrival or Departure Dates

If your arrival or departure date changes, please email the retreat office.

This is especially important if you plan to arrive earlier than the regular arrival date for your session:

  • July 8 or 9 for full-month and first-half retreatants
  • July 24 for second-half retreatants

For example, if you arrive on July 23 for a July 24 to August 10 session, your room may still be occupied by a retreatant from the previous session.

Special Arrangements: Arriving Early or Staying Later

Arriving Before July 8

Standard arrival days are July 8 and July 9. If you need to arrive before July 8, please confirm arrangements with the retreat office in advance.

If Nyungne Is in Progress

If Nyungne is in progress when you wish to arrive, early arrival is handled through Nyungne registration.

Those arriving during Nyungne need to:

  • Register for Nyungne
  • Pay the Nyungne retreat fee
  • Arrive in time to participate in Nyungne

During Nyungne, the kitchen is not open for general retreatant meals.

If There Are Open Days Between Nyungne and the Main Retreat

When there are several days between Nyungne and the main retreat, retreatants may be able to stay at the center between retreats for $50 per night.

During this time:

  • There is no formal retreat programming.
  • The kitchen is not open for general retreatant meals.
  • Retreatants arrange their own food.

Retreatants may also apply in advance to volunteer during the period between retreats. If accepted, the nightly cost may be waived, and volunteers may eat with the staff.

Staying After Retreat

Retreatants who would like to stay until August 11 to help with cleanup may arrange this with the retreat office.

Those wishing to remain longer for personal retreat may do so with prior approval from the retreat office. The cost is $50 per night, and retreatants arrange their own meals.

After retreat, the kitchen is closed. Leftover food may be available, but regular meals should not be expected.
