In 2010, Palyul Ling will formally invited Tulku Thubsang Rinpoche, the eldest living holder of our tradition, to lead the 2010 retreat at the Upstate Retreat Center. A representative traveled to Tibet to make the request according to the traditional style. The U.S. one-month Summer Retreat takes place on 10 July to 10 August yearly.
