Vajrasattva Purification Practice - July 29 - August 1

As is mentioned in the book "Words of My Perfect Teacher," the main obstacles that stop us from realization are negative actions, obscurations, and habitual tendencies. The practice of Vajrasattva provides us with a means for purifying these obscurations.

Students will be taught the four powers (support, regret, resolution, and action) with meditation on Vajrasattva and chanting/prostration practice.

This class can be taken as its own retreat, but should be taken sequentially if one is completing Ngondro in the Nam Cho tradition (Palyul's lineage practice).
