Mandala represents the entire universe and our breaking our attachment to all of relative phenomenon opening our minds to realizing emptiness.

This class will provide teachings and context so that the ritual offering of mandala can be understood. Students will also have a chance to learn the actual practice of both the short and long mandala plate ritual, lead directly by Lama Pasang Tenzin.

This class should be taken after completion of the Outer Preliminaries, Refuge and Bodhisattva Vow. However, the class also is open to students of other traditions who wish to learn the ritual of how to offer mandala.
