Typical Daily Schedule

Typical Holiday Weekend Schedule:

Rota: We appreciate every retreatant’s help with clean-up of kitchen dishes, sweeping the dining hall, and maintaining the bath room areas. Rota will take place one hour after the start of each meal and last one hour. Working together is a vital part of the retreat experience!

First Day (usually Fridays, unless July 4)
Arrival 3 PM – 11 PM

7:00 AM Sang (Smoke) Offering Practice with monks and/or Lama Sochuk
8:00 AM Breakfast
9:00 AM Teachings
10:30 AM Tea Break
11:00 AM Teachings/Practice
1:00 PM Lunch
2:00 PM Group Rota – everyone participates in washing up dishes, sweeping/mopping dining area
3:00 PM Teachings/Practice
6:00 PM Dinner
7:00 PM Group Rota – everyone participates in washing up dishes, sweeping/mopping dining area
